International SEO needs market-specific evidence
Translation alone is not a market strategy. Start with the language customers actually use, the service you can deliver in that market, local terminology and the decision process. Do not invent local offices, certifications, delivery coverage or customer endorsements to make a page look established.
For independently searchable language editions, Google recommends distinct URLs rather than changing content only with cookies or browser preferences. Hreflang describes genuine language or regional alternatives. This site currently uses an English canonical edition with an on-page language switch; that interface is not a complete multilingual SEO implementation.
Google: multilingual and multi-regional sitesWhat a useful audit should hand over
An actionable issue register should identify the affected URL or template, the observed problem, supporting evidence, priority, proposed fix, responsible owner and acceptance check. A content plan should map a customer need to a page and explain what new evidence that page needs. A review should distinguish a deployed fix from an observed search outcome.
For example, “repair broken links” is too vague. “Replace the old service URL in these article templates, preserve its redirect and confirm the new destination loads with the intended canonical” is a checkable task. This is an illustration of reporting quality, not a client case study.
